The LP 2000 bench top turbidity
meter is an essential tool for laboratory water analysis. With its
extended range, you can measure from 0.00 to 50.00 FTU and from 50 to
1000 FTU. At the heart of the measuring system is a dependable IR LED
(infrared light emitting diode) light source that maintains a
consistent emission. It has a useful life which surpasses standard
lamps. Its wavelength of 890 nm ensures maximum intensity of diffused
light, even in samples of low turbidity, and reduces interference from
colors. For a time study, the LP 2000-11 can record up to 500 separate
measurements. Information can be transferred to your computer for
study and storage with HI 92000 Windows® compatibile software. HANNA
instruments® LP 2000 turbidity meter is the clear choice for the
laboratory professional.
LP 2000 is supplied complete with glass cuvet, HI 93703-0 and HI

Points
The most important
parameters needed for water analysis, especially in drinking water are
now available in a portable meter. You can obtain lab performance in
the field by using the HI 93102. It not only measures turbidity, but
also pH, total and free chlorine, bromine, iodine, iron and cyanuric
acid (CYS). All this in the palm of your hand and in seconds!
Measurements are made quickly and repeatedly through a sophisticated,
yet easy-to-use microprocessor. In colorimetric mode, users can select
between factory preprogrammed calibration or calibrating the meter on
their own, and measure either concentration or relative absorbance of
the sample. Up to 25 measured samples can be stored in memory together
with time and date.
HI 93102 is supplied complete with glass cuvet, batteries and
instructions. |

Logging Capability
With the hand held
HI 93114, three important parameters in water quality analysis are at
your fingertips. Free and total chlorine measurements and US EPA
compliant turbidity measurements are performed quickly and reliably
with this lab-grade microprocessor-based field instrument. HI 93114 is
particularly useful for potable water measurements and municipalities.
The rugged HI 93114 will log data for up to 25 measurements along with
time and date information for retrieval at a later date. This
instrument also offers Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) features which
allow the user to verify the calibration status of the meter. With HI
93114 measurements can be performed using either concentration or
relative absorbance of the sample depending on the requirements of the
application. HI 93114 can be calibrated using the factory
preprogrammed calibration points or can be custom calibrated when in
colorimetric mode. This rugged instrument has been engineered to offer
all the sophistication and reliability of benchtop laboratory
instrumentation in the size of a handheld meter.
HI 93114 is supplied complete with glass cuvet, batteries and
instructions. |

Turbidity Meter for
Beer Analysis: HI 93124 |

|
|
Portable
Logging Haze Meter for Beer Analysis
-
Specifically
Designed for Breweries
-
Measures According
to the EBC Standard
-
Log-On-Demand, Up
to 199 Samples
Beer clarity is a
parameter constantly controlled in breweries. Several substances can
cause haze in beer, but the most frequently encountered problem is due
to cross-linking of poly phenol and protein. A range of stabilization
treatments is available for avoiding haze problems. HI 93124 is a
portable haze meter specially designed for application in breweries.
The instrument is also provided with a log-on-demand feature, which
allows the user to store up to 199 samples into the internal memory.
HI 93124 can be connected to a PC through an RS232 serial port with HI
92000 Windows® compatible software. Principle of Operation HI 93124
has been designed to perform measurements according to the EBC
(European Brewery Convention) standard. The instrument functions by
passing a beam of infrared light through a cuvet containing the sample
being measured. The light source is a high emission infrared LED with
a wavelength ensuring that the interference caused by colored samples
is minimum. A sensor positioned at 90° with respect to the direction
of light scattered by the un-dissolved particles present in the
sample.
HI 93124 is supplied complete with 2 glass cuvets with caps, 4
alkaline batteries (1.5V AA), rugged carrying case and instructions. |
