Sulfur Dioxide Automatic Mini Titrator Model number: HI 84100 This is a titrator dedicated to the measurement of free and/or total sulfur dioxide (sulfurous acid) for the wine industry. Sulfur dioxide is used in the wine making process to prevent unwanted oxidation and bacterial action. The concentration is very important however and must be controlled.
