HI 83200 is one of
the most versatile photometers on the market. Just one meter measures
up to 36 of the most important water quality parameters. HI 83200,
like other instruments in this series, runs for hours on common
inexpensive 9V batteries. In addition, it can operate continuously
with input voltage of 12-20 Vdc. HI 83200 is also extremely simple to
use. The front mask lists all the parameters in numerical order and
the display shows the same numbers for a quick reference during
testing. The meter can be zeroed in seconds and the reagents cost much
less than what you have been used to paying. All this and much more at
a fraction of the cost of expensive and complex spectrophotometers! A
built-in RS232 port ensures that data can be downloaded to your PC for
further study. Use our optional HI 92000 Windows®
compatible software to get the most out of your meter.
HI 83200 is supplied complete with 3 cuvets, bottle for D.O. test,
batteries, 12 Vdc adapter and instructions. |

HI 83205 presents
engineers and maintenance personnel with an innovative and
cost-effective way to monitor boilers and cooling towers. With just
one unit, technicians can keep an eye on 24 parameters needed for
proper and efficient functioning of their systems. The parameters that
can be monitored include: iron, whose presence can be an important
indication of corrosion; chlorine to circumvent microbiological
fouling; dissolved oxygen, whose presence causes corrosion; silica can
point to a contamination of the feed water while phosphate is
important to reduce scaling. These and many other vital parameters can
now be measured with just one unit at a cost-per-test that is
comparable with chemical test kits. The part numbers that are under
reagent code below mostly refer to spare reagent sets for 100 tests.

With HI 83206,
twenty-four parameters are packed into a self-contained compact casing
measuring 23x17x7 cm (9x7x3") and weighing only 1½ pounds (700 grams)!
Environmental tests can be accurately and rapidly performed when using
the HANNA instruments® HI 83206 photometer. Critical
parameters such as pH, D.O., nitrite, ammonia and chlorine can be
rapidly measured with just one unit without the need to carry a
multitude of instruments or test kits. The part numbers that are under
reagent code below mostly refer to spare reagent sets for 100 tests.
The replacement reagents are cost effective and in fact HI 83206 can
often measure a parameter at a lower cost-per-test than most chemical
test kits. This is naturally in spite of the fact that the accuracy of
HI 83206 is far superior to what test kits can offer.

HI 83210 is a
microprocessor-based multipurpose meter especially designed to measure
several important parameters in the pulp and paper industries.

Uses DPD for chlorine, Phenol Red for pH, Amino and Ascorbic Acid for

Ammonia levels are
often tested in boiler feed water and industrial waste. Chlorine is
used to sanitize cooling towers and industrial equipment. Copper is
often added to water to hinder growth of plankton and algae. Hydrazine
has bactericidal properties and scavenges oxygen. Molybdenum is used
as a corrosion inhibitor in cooling towers while phosphate can enter
water streams due to boiler blowdowns and is added to reduce scaling.
Silica, on the other hand, can be a major source of scaling while
silver is a toxic pollutant and needs to be monitored in effluents.
These and other critical factors in power plants can now be measured
with the HANNA instruments® HI 83212 bench meter. To keep a
tab on all these variables with just one meter, simply use the HI
83212 multi-parameter photometer.
HI 83212 is supplied complete with 2 cuvets, batteries, 12 Vdc adapter
and instructions. |
